Thanks, this is one of the worse designs for the factory to make this like this, when they could have just made a cover to take the speakers out unstead of taking the whole panel off. Thanks guys for sharing this.

Thanks for sharing the info on door panel removal! I just bought a 2009 Envoy in great shape...for a car that left the line in Dec. 2008. The bass on the rear speakers is muddy, to say the least. If you're good at automotive panel/fastener removal for DIYer's, we could all use your help....and most would be happy to pay for it.

I just bought some pioneer speakers for my trailblazer. I'm hoping it's just that the factory speakers are crap and putting new speakers will solve the problem

Bought a aftermarket radio for the envoy and there's no sound someone told me connect the red wire to to the blue wire or the yellow to the blue? Is that correct?

If 3 speakers go out all the sudden or cut in and out intermittently I would put money it's the cd player or a loose wire in the harness.

If the speakers are bad, then replace them with good aftermarket speakers, which sound much better and are actually much cheaper than the garbage paper-cone factory speakers!

Dash lights up but motor doesn’t try to turn over

not with these junk speakers it isnt. mine have been intermittent since i got my envoy 2002 2 months ago. work one day wont the next. on and off front to back. replaced front ones today. both front were NOT working at the time of replacement that was working yesterday. both new worked immed and have all day.
