Sir Kya mai 7×3 wardrobe k liye 18mm block board use kar sakta hu doors k liye... Aur Frame HDHMR use krna chiye ya Plywood.. Back side 12mm Plywood use kr sakta hu kya sir...Sir please Answer 🙏

Yes but of good dencity, but prefer block board than pvc

mera shutter will be divided in small parts like 18 inch width by 7 feet height and 16 inch width by 5 feet height. carpenter says 18mm use karenga aur it will not bend even after years of usage. kya karu?

Blockboard se shutter bnaya tha ab vo bend hogya h andr ki side .8mm ka laminate h bahr 1.25mm ka na hi carpenter ne phle btaya is baare m ab isko kaise thik kr skte h?

दोनो तरफ बराबर शीट काम में लेनी थी, अभी पल्ले को खोलकर प्लेन सरफेस पर उल्टा रखें, पहले अंदर की तरह ग्रूव कर लेवें कटर से, दोनो सिरों पर वजन रखें, ग्रूव से सर्फेस टेंशन रिलीज हो जायेगा एवम फिर पीछे ग्रूव फेविकोल भर दें, ग्रूव लगभग 12 एमएम का होगा

In back side definitely you have used .8/.9 mm liner sheet, and in front using 2 mm acrylic also pasted with different adhesive than inner liner, aapko hdhmr ke shutters main door stiifner use karna chahiye thaa
