God, the moment Arthit confirmed in front of everyone that he and Kong is dating made me squeal so hard. It hits different when it came from him since he was always the hesitant and confused one between them two and the way he smiled afterwards, looking all so proud and giggly made my heart flip. And when his friends cheered so happily for Arthit and Kong? Freaking beautiful. It's officially my favorite scene for this series.

It's 2023, and I still keep coming back to this series. The moment right here is one of the reasons I love it so much. I hate it when a relationship seems kinda one-sided, like one is head over heels, and another one just lets it happen. You don't see it here. Despite being initially hesitant, Arthit is still the one to declare their relationship publicly and get them those matching bracelets. Goes to show they both make an effort for this relationship to work out.

I just can't express how much I love this show. It feels so much more real than any other BL. Other than Kongpob's dumb little "no homo unless it's Arthit then full homo" speech, I really think this show gets at what an lgbt experience is like in a very subtle way without making the show sad or making it go deep into exploring lgbt trauma. I think it's so special and so rare for media to quietly capture that experience in a way that feels both genuine and uplifting. SOTUS really stands out to me as an exceptional BL for that reason.

I absolutely agree, I think we forget romantic and sexual attraction doesn't always have to be together, I'm romantically attracted to anyone regardless of gender but I'm only sexually (and romantically) attracted to women so I'm a lesbian since I can only see my future with a female. I used to dislike the "I don't like men, I only like This one person " in bl but I understand it. Understanding the different attractions can help understand yourself/your sexuality

Maybe I'm just being a pessimist, but lines like this in BL always kind of annoyed me. I can't tell you how many BL I've seen where the two guys aren't actually gay, but rather "straight guys that just so happened to find that one guy that they'd 'go gay' for". It's like being gay is still seen as a negative, so they try to avoid that label as best they can, despite the whole thing being about two guys loving each other. I just wish more BL had the courage to actually say that their characters are gay or even bisexual.
