I remeber joining a fallout rp server once, took me 2 hours to load in, and I joined the brotherhood asap, a ghoul was hiding behind a car, and then i asked "Is that a ghoul?" and he replied "No?!" everyone went ape shit to kill that guy, than i logged out, most fun i've ever had in gmod

Funny. I recall explicitly bothering with and buying GMOD back in 2009 when I was playing ARMA 1 RPG online (with civilians, cops, robbers, etc) and when I was Cop Mayor for a bit I introduced HL2-like laws jokingly. Someone there then said "Hey you should go check out G-Mod and HL2 RP there". They explicitly recommended "Taco n' Banana" to me but I tried a DarkRP server first and boy, don't want to sound elitist but I favor immersion. Those low RP servers always kill it for me. I prefer a serious RP environment where you can immerse yourself in (but still have joking moments, fun, random stuff happen, etc). I guess medium to high RP is where it's at for me but I can appreciate goofy clips from other servers with less of that :D Ultimately I guess its whatever floats one's boat. If people enjoy X Y or Z, power to them I guess.

It was cute and funny seeing you join in a Fallout RP server without knowning anything about fallout you should play any of the actual fallouts(except BoS,Tactics and shelter) I recommend Fallout 4 since there's a great modding scene there or New Vegas if you enjoy unmodded But these guys here were pretty funny😂
