8 months late but its called "dont touch me". doing so causes it to enact various effects, all of them negative, with the end result being it screaming "manjiji ma!" or "do not touch!" in korean followed by crashing the game. the text on it reads "click" and its been stricken through just to further hammer home the point. in tamtos case here touching it caused everyone in the facility to die instantly with repeated clicks causing the scream crash. and the same thing happened on the deployment screen after except it caused the screen to crack. amusingly clicking on it until the crash happens is the only way to actually get the information about it including its name.
