Hey idk if it's gonna help anyone but there's this thing I found that's called "revenge bedtime procrastination" it basically means that you stay up really late after work/school/college because it's your way of reclaiming time that you feel was taken from you throughout the day and are trying to feel like you have a little bit of control over your life. and once you realize that you have that and start fighting the urge to stay up late and instead go to sleep early and wake up early you will feel 100% better and almost every health aspect of your life is going to improve.

Your video on the daily schedule that got you to 100k/month is whay inspired me to start creating content and completely change my routine. I now get up at 4:30 every morning and do at least 90-120 minutes of deep work writing video scripts or learning new information to relay the value to my audience. My goal is to retire my family within the next 3 years and with the lessons you teach and my work ethic I know it’s possible. Thank you brother you have changed my life in the best way possible.

@@thisisritzy I used to be a big weed smoker, binge eater, game player, etc. but the one consistent thing I’ve always had was working out and playing soccer. I believe I was able to make the change so quickly because I’ve always wanted to start creating content but I always thought I “wasn’t good enough yet”. Then from January until the first week of April I began to work a full time job on a ship yard and it opened my mind to a whole new reality of what some people have to do to provide for their families. It’s a world I could never imagine myself living in and it was a very difficult and challenging time for me to where it got to the point where I said fuck this and decided to begin making massive changes in my life. Moved back in with my parents, quit the job, and now I’m here. Also this isn’t a plug but my FTE video covers the story lol

Now, I am starting to realise that we, as viewers, are making Iman, Hamzha, and Andrew rich. We are obsessed with them. We are addicted to them. We don't really hustle for ourselves. I am just in a dilemma. Whenever they say something about getting rich, It is not actually that easy. Also, it reminds me of one quote from the The Great Gatsby book, quotes: In my younger and more vulnerable years my father gave me some advice that I’ve been turning over in my mind ever since. ‘Whenever you feel like criticizing any one,’ he told me, ‘just remember that all the people in this world haven’t had the advantages that you’ve had.’ The last part is so crucial for us, for those who are starting the journey. I am starting to think that it doesn't always happen to be rich or wealthy. Maybe A good family is worth billions of Dollars. Keep up the good work. Thanks Hamza.

Basic supply and demand. Everyone agrees there's a scarcity in men's self-improvement journeys and mental health, and Hamza has astutely positioned himself within this niche. He's meditated on it, mastered it, and he will continue to push content. YOU find yourself drawn to his material because, without it, you feel directionless. This "free" content serves as your primary source of motivation and guidance. KZfaq is a business. Their primary concern isn't your personal growth; rather, it's the continuous creation and promotion of content to bolster their brand and generate revenue, often through membership sales.

I can assure you. Working on your body and then either Social Status maxing or business maxing is the right way. Because in the end of the day, socializing and interaction is what will peak your mental health without a doubt. I could be working out and working on a youtube channel and i still felt depressed. But now i focuse on social status more. Im one of the most popular dudes of my grade. Im quickly building respect for my charisma and confidence to the point that girls smile and laugh when i talk to them just because of my social energy, the guys be dabbing me up in the hallway, and never got into a fight because of beef. No one beefs with me because they dont have a reason too. In the summer, I plan on grinding on business. Thats how I would do it. Ive grinded on business and made thousands, but when I social maxed, boom, life took a good turn.

There's a thing you said about doing something that is inherently fun to you, that you would do regardless of whether it would be profitable or not. You explained it in greater detail compared to how I'm reporting it now. For example, you mentioned doing dropshipping would have been a daunting activity for you because it's just boring, and not even that, it is not vocationally coherent with your goals, but you would do youtube for the rest of your life just because it's inherently fun to you, and that's a really precious framework from which to move your first steps. Like, you just don't feel the need to spend time partaking in unhealthy or pointless activity when you're doing something constructive that is also fun for you. It really came to my mind while problem solving for a network analysis project I'm doing for an exam: I've felt that particular fun feeling in the context of a constructive endeavour. In that moment I knew I needed to share this experience with you.
