He is the coolest Spiderman to me. When Spidey-Tobey in a mask we never know if he is really Tobey inside, but this Spidey-Andrew is really Andrew inside and doing all his stuff by his self, he definitely become the character.

The amount of CGI the MCU uses, to the point where they do it over the suit even when he's just standing on the ground makes me appreciate all the other films that much more. Tom's suit actually looks great on set, but then they ruin it with all the vfx and it just looks fake.

I have never understood this complaint.What is so wrong with CGI?I can understand this complaint when it looks unrealistic but this one is the opposite. You think studios are going to waste millions of dollars just so one kid can say, ”I can’t believe they did this in real life!”, and forget about it for the rest of the movie.

You have to admit that The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is the best looking out of all the Spider-Man Movies. Mainly I’m impressed with how they did electro, if they did the exact same design now, they’d just have Foxx in a motion capture suit and he would be completely CGI.

i love tom and i love tobey but personally andrew was my favorite spider-man out of the three. i think he portrayed the character amazingly. he was able to show the relatable teen side of spider-man while at the same time showing the other side of spider-man. the side that doesn’t get a break from life and has to always find the good in people. i love spider-man homecoming but it did not feel like a spider-man hero movie. yes it was funny and light-hearted but it just didn’t feel like a superhero movie. the amazing spider-man on the other side was an action filled movie that really made it feel like you were watching an actual superhero movie.

@@pewwielouise It turns out that all three of these popular Spider-Mans actually do most of their own stunts. In fact, Tobey Maguire even completed the iconic tray scene - and it only took about 156 takes. However, he did perform many of the stunts featured in the film, but certainly took a step back for his stunt double to do some more complicated ones. But Maguire does deserve some credit, and will always be the original Peter Parker.

I think being a director would be better. You have control over the movie, you still get lots of credit, you don’t have to be on screen and you’re not as famous as actors so you can still live a relatively quiet life I guess.

MrUtuber2012. Fair point but if your movie is bad people will forget about it quickly unless it’s a massive big budget film like TASM2. Even the best directors in the world have made bad movies. As long as the studios make money they don’t care if the movie is good or bad but obviously you yourself want the film to be good. It’s more stressful but it’s worthwhile and enjoyable if you love movies. Every day is different. Actors get a lot more hate for bad performances than directors do for bad films especially in the big superhero films if comic book fans don’t like the characters then the actors can get lots of hate. Either way, whether you’re a director or actor or whatever being involved in making a movie must be really cool and enjoyable and you get paid well!

I gotta say, even though it’s a bad movie, you can’t lie, this film had passion put into it. Marc Webb and the actors came in and put passion into a horrible film, bad plot, things that just don’t work. He is the most accurate spiderman cast in my opinion, i watch the cartoon since 80's.. That is how the body, walk style and the way spidey talk, so light and simple.
