Training is practical thing, but it's essential things that Law enforcements have to learn and to know, if such scenario emergency comes to them so you would already prepared.

Winnebago County Government officials have no obligation to protect anyone The first part of every LEO training is to be afraid of everything and everyone. They don’t need any more training. Active shooters can be stopped with basic firearms knowledge and courage. All 400 LEO in scene at Uvalde need to be fired and publicly condemned.

Horrible execution..all of yours guys were talking while 1 individual was searching 5 possible suspects you need 1 guy (at least)at a 2 yard range (6ft) able to see all movement keep your officer and other victims safe plus you never checked yiru shooters condition or searched for a 2nd gun on their person. I get it's training but if you train wrong you react wrong

That was way too many shots fired to each target. The training in this video should be the minimum training to become a police officer. If basic training is not enough to protect kids, then what is this going to do. I fear for my children going to public school.

Why does law enforcement tend to do things so ugly when breaching? Rarely can one observe proper tactics or the use of distractors, stun grenades/flash bangs, tear gas or just something to give them that 1 or 2 second edge. I don't even understand what those bodies were doing on the doorway, that I assume were hostages and how they were supposed to be so ready to coordinate with law enforcement in conjunction with a breach. The whole thing seemed a combination of poor tactics and unrealistic expectations. I will say this though, action and decision are almost 100% of the time far better than inaction and indecision or worse... cowardice like in both Uvalde and Columbine.
