Here in singapore i used to work for a chef who doesnt even have culinary experience just went to stage at an italian restaurant for 1 month and he is a michelin starred chef now lol..you just need connections and pretentious people that's all

Guys, it’s one thing if you don’t like him because of his actions in masterchef BUT his cooking is something entirely else. This man has 3 Michelin stars, which is an achievement most of you won’t ever come near to have the honor to posses... So don’t judge him because he’s doing a simple looking mushroom salad (which is also not that easy tbh) because you, with all your frozen pizzas and fast foods will never come near the skills this man has.. if you don’t like him, then get some better arguments to prove your point and don’t critique a chef for his cooking... ridiculous
