Those who don't know, there are fishes that actually stay that way. When it's flood time they come to shore and when the water dries up, they can't go anywhere because of lack of water connections. So they dig deep holes and wait there with the very minimum water or in a wet soil and survive till the next flood.

Most people on comment section live in City, they don't know that mudfish and eel can live on dry season. Those fish hide themselves before drought they hibernate while waiting for the next season e.g Rainy season.

@@carnificine because the fish are in sleep mode like other animals sleep in the winter. Why should they waist energy when they have to spend weeks and months underground with no food mostly?! It would take some time for them to wake up and you would need more water. Can't be so difficult to find something out about mudfish on the internet, or?!

Fish who hibernation by hiding in deep mud when dry season come are catfish, headsnake, and eel.... If you lucky, you'll find them together in one hole which weet by little water...

Its very easy to understand that snake head and catfish can survive like in those mud, and that you can catch them like that. If u think these are not possible, you surely need to stay away from social media and travel to remote place learn more things outside social media. Incase if u don't believe, cows lay eggs too in villages
