Hey Mike, I've gotta tell ya, I've been looking at everything from double wides, single wides, container homes to tiny homes. I have to say I've been watching back 2 yrs of your videos and I can say I don't watch anyone else anymore, YES, you heard me, you are the bomb . The homes you sell there are different than anybody else's, they're all very nice and well made , beautiful homes! I want to figure out how to get a home from you , gotta sell this house and save a little more but yes, we're getting close to that time happening! I want to say thank you !

One of the main reasons I'm not jumping on any of these RRC options is land. I don't want to rent land in a mobile home park and buying is ridiculously expensive. Land that should cost $50k is going for $200k. And even if I did buy land, there seems to be prejudice against manufactured homes in a lot of areas. But manufactured doesn't have to mean a shoebox of a house with seams in the walls. There are plenty of quality offerings like this one.

That’s why we are looking for land outside of Texas. Land here is ridiculous. We’re even considering an RV. That way we can travel.

There's a lot of places you can buy property cheap. Just depends on where you're looking and what you're looking for. Plenty of owners will carry for low payments and no interest.

I really love this home. Perfect size, not too big, not too small. The only thing I'd change is that I'd want all windows to open. I love fresh air.

🥰Yes, love this size & layout. Living alone, I do think about safety & privacy. Prefer having clerestory windows for passive lighting and that open for 🌬️ventilation. 😰Plus, don't have to worry about a burglar busting in one either. Bless you! 💚 Bridget from Cali☘️. (using my pal's YT acct)

I know we all get stuck on what something looks like but most things are negotiable if you special order one if you were to walk up to this one and say I want this one then of course the windows are how they are but if you say Mr tiny I want this house but I want to change some things the options are plenty that's what he tells us in every video so if you want a special order one rather than buying one off the lot special order means you can change up a lot of things the cabinets countertops the porch windows you wanted Windows all that cost more money but you can change it to what you want

You can special order this home and get rid of some of the windows so you have more wall to decorate or hang a television or whatever but you know I just told another lady I've been watching these really at least two years and this is just as is if you want that one right there then that's the way it comes but if you order that very same model I'll say but I don't want the windows certain windows then you can have those remote almost everything is negotiable if you special order it I think it takes about 3 months to get just FYI

Love this home. Great porch and swing. I wish the windows were not quite so low (for furniture placement), and do they open? Would like a rainshower head in the bathroom. Pocket door in the bedroom for more space, and would like to see space for a side by side washer/dryer. Beautiful home and, as always, a fabulous presentation!

Sadly, I'm in the alpine region of Bavaria - I'd buy from Mr. Tiny any day though. The homes are good quality, great floor plans and so many options to make the home your own style. Um, how you gonna put a tv on that wall of windows? I don't like that at all. Should be the smaller higher windows like on the other side. Ya'll forget people need a wall for the sofa and one for the tv. LOL

I think if there was a tub in the main bathroom absolutely perfect and and maybe even possibility but you've done where you had made like that kind of curved space out before but instead of a curse these like that make a little almost like a rectangle but where it comes in at an angle I hope you understand what I'm saying and have it in front of the windows as like a bench space with storage underneath so they can use it like that

The tile in the shower needs to be the kind that suction cup handicapped bars can stick to, like a glazed tile. The rough finished tile, or "natural" finish, usually doesn't allow the suction cups to adhere properly.

Love the house, would be a perfect home for me. Only thing I would change would be the bedroom closet. Instead of one door, do a his and hers closet with separate doors. Could help keep things more organized to.

I like it with a 4-6 ft. porch no stairs, w/ramp, with added space put in a powder room, stainless or white appliances, no built-in entertainment center in the living area, and a tub with shower in the bathroom. Beautiful homes, now open up a place on the West coast, southern Oregon, perhaps?🌹

Like the mini mansions...just more sq ft than tiny home...but ample space to have big living room, kitchen, bathroom, etc. Likes the full size furniture in the living room.... but also likes the tiny homes features...so unique and tasteful....so maybe more mini mansions w tiny home features!

I would change the single window to a circle window, and remove one side of windows to just a wall for a mural. I'd remove the island to allow for a dining table and chairs. The bathroom remove the shower door,and mix the tile with glass tile and something else. Remove the cabinets above the toilet and window in the bathroom. The outside a darker Grey color, cedar, and burgundy color. Swap the swing out for one of those pod like swings with a matching table and chair.

Only figures Adrian you have to have a cabinet in the bathrooms cuz where would you put your toiletries where would you put your makeup your curling iron your hair dryer it's not going to all fit underneath and then you got to you got to have storage that's the one thing this is missing is a loft where you can put your Christmas tree so the closets are small enough you could have your fall winter clothes separate from your spring and summer clothes and put them upstairs what you're not wearing at the time because those closets are big enough there's no extra closet for storage so don't give up any cabinet space I would think you would regret it that's just my humble opinion hun

Creating a home slightly bigger than the 399sf home is a great idea. I love the layout of this home. If you added a loft it would be perfect for single parents with one or two children. Great job.

Well Pauline I agree that the little bit bigger home is much better the 399 now you don't have to pay homestead taxes if you get one of these for $620 square feet than every year you got to pay taxes just like if you had a home that was sitting on a foundation...$399 ft is as large as they can do it with you not having to pay taxes and it remains a recreational vehicle he calls it cottage but technically it's a recreational vehicle as long as it's 399 I should say under 400 square feet once it's over that then you have to pay homestead tax every year

This slightly larger size is fantastic. How about doing this size in a 1 and 1/2 bath, two bedroom with loft, if that's even possible for this size. When I saw you guys take 399SF and put 2 bedrooms, loft and 2 bathrooms in it, you made me believe that you can do anything. I have no doubt that somehow Mr. Tiny, you can make this happen.

One thing I didn't hear you say is Trex decking. This one looked like natural wood. Trex would go better with the rebar railing. The house itself is quite nice, but still pretty small for the price. Great tour, though, as usual.
