Cheri, this is my new favorite look you’ve demonstrated! I’ll be ordering all the products you showcased tonight using your links! I have been looking for a classy but not overly complicated daily routine. I’m a kidney transplant candidate patient and have been experiencing extremely dry skin along with the usual kidney failure issues like fatigue, anemia and edema. I try to put effort into my makeup because it helps perk me up a bit to not look as ill as I feel. I’m 47, fair skin with cool rosy undertones, light brown hair and gray eyes. So many of your color stories actually would work nicely for me. I just wish I had a tiny bit of your skill at application. Thank you for sharing your expertise and gorgeous looks with us!

Yes! I was so taken with your less is more, refined and elegant look when I was watching your 2023 roundup. I was hoping you’d show us how you worked that magic. Over the holidays everything is “extra” if you know what I mean-more sparkle, more glow, more intense color, more everything. That’s not a bad thing at all. I love holiday makeup, but after more than a month of that, I’m ready to lighten up and go for something delicate yet impactful. Your look is perfection. As much as I love your brow look, the technique won’t work for me because even at 80 I still have thick black brows with only an occasional grey hair. I usually just brush them into shape with a bit of gel and I’m good. Everything else you showed us, though, I’ll be trying tomorrow. I can hardly wait to change things up. Thanks for the inspiration and guidance.

That lip shade from Prada is so gorgeous. I just ordered the eyeshadow color way in #6 Pulp- hardly anyone showed that one and I liked the color blend of those tones. I’ll see when I get it if i like it as much.

How gorgeous! Every time I think I’ve found my go to fav look to try you come out with yet another!! Guess what look I’ll be wearing tomorrow to sit in my sweats and watch football?! I’m bummed because Hourglass doesn’t have my shade in the tint. But I love the Nars and Iconic London skin tints.

❤❤❤❤love it. This is my go to work look. For longevity (my face/eyes eat the makeup), I will do a liquid or cream blush with a powder on top unless the powder blush has awesome longevity. For the eyeliner, I use a pencil and then set with powder. Otherwise it will transfer because of my mature hooded eyes. I will also use a light powder shadow on the lids, again to avoid transfer. I love big lashes so I will use a lengthening mascara like the Tom Ford (my all time favorite for long wear) or Chantecaille

Tip! Use a setting spray before applying makeup and then a apply setting spray after (a primer helps as well-gives the makeup something to grip to!

Gorgeous, Cheri. Ugh, everybody is talking about Haus Labs and I can’t get myself to buy it. Too expensive. I’m a moron really, because I’ve just invested in some Westman atelier, but Haus labs, no no😂💀 I’ve actually recently rediscovered Anastasia Beverly Hills after taking a looooong moment away from them since their incredible subculture palette😂 And they have got some really incredible matte lipsticks. I mean damn! Gorgeous packing and the colours? Phew! Better than Pat McGrath’s. Really stunning shades! I’m someone who really struggle to find good true nudes - pink is really what suits my complexion the most, and I’m sick of pink.

Would you normally put on mascara before eye liner? I’m sure I’d make a mess of it! Also would you normally blend the eyebrow products to be more even in colour? My urge is to get the brush to soften the hard line underneath but perhaps that’s where I’m going wrong 🤷🏻‍♀️
