I love Cross pens. For me the Townsend fountain pen is as close to a perfect can be.

Yes I agree! I have large hands so I need a pen with a wider girth because I experience the century series and I experience bad cramps in my hand

⚠️Warning ⚠️ Cross pen warranty sucks. I sent my 10K Cross company award pen set in for repair months ago and today they sent it back with zero repair done wanting me now to send them $20 per unit for repairs they never did. Guess what the pen set was brand new in the green leather gift box and never used. I plan to post this all over the Internet so people understand Cross lifetime warranty is a joke. When I called Cross pen customer service months ago and they gave me a claim number and address were to send the pen set but never told me that would take two months before they could tell me whether they could fix it or not and then end up sending it back to me unrepaired today with a note enclosed saying send us $20 per unit or call her one 800 number. I plan to call my company corporate office and make sure they don’t use Cross Pen sets as 20 year service awards anymore.

@@drstone1167 my experience in times past has been excellent. But since 2020 they have become a terrible, horrible company. I’m shocked you were able to speak to anyone in customer service. You are right, it has become a very terrible company.

I got the cross Bailey ballpoint and rollerball, and tried to replace the rollerball with a cross ballpoint refill but it doesn't fit.

I have a Cross Pen that for some reason will not come out of the end of the point, and was wondering if there is a way to check it without sending it to Cross for a repair.

I love A. T. Cross, made in Lincoln; do not they ones made in China. China is assimilable without cheap.

اس میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ کراس ایک معیاری پین یے مگر یہ دیکھ کر بہت مایوسی ہوئی کہ ایک ایسا شخص اس کی اس کا برانڈ ایمبیسڈر یے جو کہ خود صحیح طریقہ سے قلم پکڑ نہیں سکتا۔
