If the law says you need permission to video record gram sabha proceedings, then as a law abiding citizen (revolutionary or not), one has to obey. This is lawlessness. I condemn this act of violence on democracy... Panchayati Raj Act needs no goondagiri. It is a citizen empowerinng legislation.

As per Gramsabha rules 18 video recording has to be done and does not need further permission from the Panchayat. Please go through the rules. The Panchayat are corrupt and drive people to revolt.
