I am watching aswell and am I the only one to notice that aside from so many fouls in the move, the time was up aswell. I distintly remember when the ball was fisted away toward Graham Reilly jumping up in celabration as the time was cleary up at that point, why the whistle was'nt blown till this Day appalls me. As a Drogheda Man I am till this Day incredibly proud of what Louth achieved in 2010 ::)

Louth County Board should tell Central Coulcil to stick their back door where the sun don't shine and not show up for the next round coz they won't get fair play anyway.

What did the umpire say? It was not possible for Sheridan to have legally scored from that position. It just is not possible! The referee wasn't close to the play but it wasn't possible to score a legitimate goal from that position. He could only have caught it and carried across the line, thrown it across the line or it would have been a square ball.

It's a shame the two Louth men didn't catch the ball when it came to them, but speaking as a neutral, it was not a goal. Joe Sheridan carried it over the line, threw it into the net, and then (this my favourite bit) kicked the net.

No one was in the square , you can run in after the ball was kicked , which is what happened , 2 backs made a mess of it , should of had a look at where the Meath man was when he caught the ball before his air shot , Was he over the line? If he was ‘it’s a goal , if not , it’s a free out , I can understand Louth fans anger , They felt they were robbed , Ref should of legged it after final whistle but stood there handing out pointless yellow cards , He should of also consulted with his umpires which he didn’t, He just said raise the flag , Also possible the Meath forward was fouled as he caught the ball and went to shoot , You’d need about 10 VARS to sort it , Very sorry for Louth but trying to shoulder the ref was wrong and a steward got flattened and he’s a volunteer ( not paid ) , Sad day all round
