If you want to help people…… let me tell you that you have help me. I don’t know your whole story, but it seems like it’s something I’m familiar with. I enjoy your videos, and I wish you nothing but the best on your journey and goals.

Out of all the “goal setting” vids, this one is by far the best one! I love it because there no fancy name behind it and no push as to why it’s the “ best way to achieve” or best method. Thank u for taking the time to break it down in a way that makes sense!

oh my goodness, this is exactly what I needed today ~ thank you so much for sharing these tips and your process! You could be a life coach! I love how clearly you set out your goals and break them down, which has always been difficult for me. I'm so excited to try this out to bring some joy back into my planning and try to get myself back on course. Thank you again!

Love this! Did something similar last year (not as detailed) and will definitely rewatch this a few more times to set myself up for success in 2023. One thing I want to try, and maybe might help you (you mentioned sometimes feeling like you’re just existing, I think you said, and I can relate), is to have a list of say 60, 45, 30, 15, 5, and 1 minute things that I can do to make some kind of progress. So say I only have 5 free minutes, instead of scrolling, I can do some journaling or meditate or put away some laundry, but instead of having to think of that thing to do or pick it from the 900 tasks floating in my head, I can just flip to the 5 minute list and pick something. Same with the other time increments. I’m hoping that makes it easier than having to come up with something from “scratch” and having too many options that I choose avoidance instead. All my best to you and yours!

Love this video. Great work. That is a lot of goals to work on at once, and focusing on those small steps is a great idea so that the big picture isn’t too overwhelming. Having a clear why is a great way to keep yourself focused and help yourself reset when you need to. Love watching your videos

You absolutely help me! Your videos give me something to look forward to on hard days. I sometimes will click on your video just to like it, then I’ll exit out and save it for when the kids are in school and the baby is napping so that I have something in my day to look forward to that’s just for me. I hope that doesn’t sound silly, but KZfaq has a way of making us viewers feel like we’re sort of friends with our favorite KZfaqrs, and you are my favorite!

This is so great . I never take the time to sit down with a notebook and to do any of this. Thank you so much for the guide to breaking it down. I love how you thought out everything. I have basically been winging everything, my head cannot take it anymore. I need to free my mind. I will be rewatching this video, you explained it all and how to do it. You will feel good in your own skin very soon and will be taking lots of pics with the kids. You are already a good mom anda. good wife. We all just need a little work sometimes to realize and give ourselves credit for what we do or have done. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for this video! You really inspired me to write down my goals and make them happen! I also love your honesty about your goals. Sometimes i get embarrassed by my goals (not sure why) so seeing you say yours out loud and taking the steps to make it happen inspired me to do it! Thank you so much. Love from NYC, USA.

Thanks Becky! I just took the time to make my goals and the breakdowns as well. Sooooo looking forward to your new series of videos. I can’t wait! I watched your recent Sticker Haul for October and used your discount code for Alvie Planning Co. I appreciate these discount codes because in my mind I’m saying “ You can buy it! You have a discount code. It is just like buying something on sale!” Don’t tell the hubby though. 😉

Hi Becky! This was very, very useful video and thanks for the tutorial. I'm going to retire from next year in June and thus having big changes in my (income, having to manage with a lot less money to spend) and also, hopefully getting more me-time. Obviously I don't have small children anymore but my parents need my help, my mother mostly. You are helping me, a lot, with this goal planning tutorial. (btw: been using your codes for sticker shops in the UK but the taxes are so high as the UK is not in the EU anymore. Here's one goal for me to put down "planners, stickers, fountain pens, inks...." 😄 Keep up the good work Becky, I'll certainly will be buying your book whenever it will be published.

Amazing Becky !! I thought I had my goals all planned out in a good system (only started this year with proper goal planning), but OMG what a huge amount of great and useful ideas you got there !!! Thank you so much ! I’m using the Wonderland222 (A6) for my goals again next year. I’m ignoring the days, and use every week day as a different category - and they change from week to week; e.g. some weeks Finances can eff off 😊 and in other weeks that’s the main goal to look into. That I’ll keep, but I will be taking on big chunk of your guidance into the notes section where I outline the categories and individual goals. Thanks again !!

Useful, thanks! I recognise a lot of what’s going on for you, and can highly recommend the organised mum method for a cleaning routine. I was also swamped by overload and needed routines to help me get through, and I still use this one! (Took me a while though to realise she assumes you do the dishes and wipe the counters as you go) . Wishing you all the best as you move forward and reach those goals.

I am very much a paper + pen person, but the one place I prefer digital is for habit tracking. I can get better data points, records, etc with digital habit tracking. (Plus I can always go back and update a pretty paper tracker) There is an app called Routinery that I absolutely love for this. You can schedule routines and even put specific times for the task. For example - in your morning routine you can have "brush teeth" be set for 2 minutes and then it automatically starts a 2 minute timer. You can even set routines to specific days and times. What's super helpful for me is it tells me what time my routine should end, and it updates if I take longer or short to complete a task. I am neurodivergent and sometimes really suffer from "time blindness" or even just estimating how long something will take. There is a free/freemium version as well as a paid subscription. I think the free version limits you to like 3 routines?

For budget inspiration I would suggest Rainbow Budgets. She's great! And for your home keeping routines I'd suggest The Organized Mum Method. I have followed Flylady for 22 years but recently switched some things to fit more in the TOMM routines and 2 months in I'm really liking it. You've done a great job thinking things through and breaking them down into workable steps. Remember it's a lot! Don't get discouraged or overwhelmed trying to do everything all at once. It's a long process.

Hi Becky, Great video. Would you mind talking more about your self care routine? That’s something I’ve lacked my whole life. So much so, that I recently ended up in hospital for a few days with a life changing diagnosis. I need to make big changes and put myself first but struggle with that concept. 💜

Had a question for you, I am making some printables. I was wondering if I could send you the files and you could test them out and tell me what you like, don’t like that sort of thing. I like your honesty about the things you put on your channel so, this could help me out tremendously. If you don’t want to I totally get it but I thought you could get some free printables out of it and I could hear what you think, thanks Stephanie
