I just got one today and I wish it came with another stand for the other half , I noticed also the book is very stiff ,hope it losens up when in the sun , glad to have this item on hand

This setup works fine for direct sunlight. I strapped it to a backpack but the real power im getting from that is meh. My recommendation personally, get a different power bank with more power, find somewhere nice to set it for hours. Mine sits in my windowsill at home. It charges my little JBL go3 all day.

Update I'm a driver on the road and this panel works fine. I set it in the back of my car behind the seats and it sits in the sun all day. It charges a power bank in my center console. I have two power banks one is charged by a cigarette lighter the other is solar. Lately neither have been giving me good power though. I need to invest in a better setup all around because I use more power now. That's all.

Totally disapointed in Venture35. I purchased for my trip to Kilimanjaro last week and it failed! Worked well when charged at home however, after charging it twice direct from my Nomad 10, all four lights just blinked non-stop and would not charge any of my devices. Temperature was not a factor. After I got home from my trip, I charged it again the conventional way and now it works but it failed me when I needed it most. Has anyone else had this issue? Goal Zero customer service is great and is happy to get it back, figure out the issue and send me a new one.

You have to reset it. It's actually happening to mine right now. Recognize with these batteries when all blink like this It's usually either whenever you have a battery lower than one charge, or you have an error in the charging system. To reset it, unplug from everything, and hold the power button down until the flashlight turns on and turns off again. Then press the button. This error should be fixed if the battery is charged at all.

@@johndeweyoutdoors7725 no worries, I see you are new to reviewing things. When I review products, which I have been doing since 2008, I always take a run through with them. It helps. You can see a lot of my old videos and I just went with it, which showed how unprepared I was. You live and learn man, good luck and keep at it. It’s a pain in the butt, but enjoy it
