Really educational video guys. As a 17 year old GP who takes the sport very serious, I enjoyed the seriousness of the video instead of the more hyperactive videos with the fast music. Love the videos and keep up the good work!

Hi Team. I'm really enjoying your goalie techniques and training. Our goalie regular goalie is injured and out for the season and I'll be standing in as goalie. It's my first time as goalie. I'm finding Dennis's goalie instructions are really helpful. I like the energy that all of you show in these short training sessions. It keeps me interested. Thanks. Dave - NZ

Loved this video sooooo helpful !!! Just wondering what kind of stick do you suggest goalies use for indoor?

+charlotte gilmour Hi! That's personal and depends on your style. You can use your outdoor stick if you want (more rebound), but an indoor stick makes you able to be quicker with your stick on the ground in duels! So if you do that a lot I would say, get an indoor stick! Dennis

I recommend the gryphon sentinel 2017 or 2018 edition...I use the 2017 for indoor and outdoor and I find that the shape helps a lot for outdoor and it's heavy enough to get a good rebound slap, but it's also light enough to move easily. Easy to control in the air too.

Zeer interessante techniek broeders😉 zooo "cool" techniek👌🏾👌🏾 en ja Dennis, ik heb een vraag.. kunt u dat ook toepassen op het veld?(outdoor) alle als keeper nie te ver weg gaat van de goal..? Groeten uit België 🇧🇪🖤💛❤🇧🇪

Thanks! You can't really do this outdoor because then the striker can easily play the ball over your stick. Only thing you can do then is immediately play the ball away from that striker!

Mooie techniek om als keeper toe te passen. PS: in de video (rond ~ 05:00) zetten jullie de aanvaller wel heel erg "dicht"... een scheids kan je dan zomaar een SC geven... de een doet dat eerder dan de ander. In het algemeen zou ik zelf voorzichtig zijn met het te veel 'dichtzetten', zeker in de eigen cirkel. Beter iets open laten en dan 'toestaan' dat de aanvallers terug mag (dus weer de cirkel uit kan) dan een strafcorner tegen. Wel uiteraard goed blijven begeleiden met voldoende verdediging nabij.

+Thessa Van Kooten zeker fijn! Ik speel alleen niet meer in de zaal, en ben die van mij kwijt. Zaalhoezen zijn ook niet verplicht, alleen zaalbandjes!

A: They are certainly very noce to play with! I don't play indoors anymore, and i lost mine. And there is also no rule that you have to wear them, only rule is to play with indoor straps on your kickers!

I wouldn't do it, only when tackling, cause attackers can lift the ball too easy

+Tom D de nieuwe klompen zijn top!! Enorm goede nieuwe innovatie van OBO! Veel groter stop oppervlak en veel veiliger voor je voeten aangezien ze dieper in de klomp liggen!

Much bigger stopping area on the inside of the kicker and much saver for your feet/toes beacuse your feet are deeper in the kicker!
