Some of the saves here are brilliant. I think this will be the standard of goalkeeping in the future as it grows.

Don't get me wrong, there are a few that have impressed, and granted I don't watch a lot of the NWSL (I watch the WSL in Europe and a few other leagues in Europe), but these saves are fantastic.

always gotta say, from an Angel City fan, thanks for highlighting the NWSL, I really think there's a lot of talent here that gets overlooked in Europe

We can see how much women's goalkeeping has progressed season after season. These saves are top notch and honestly, it's only uphill from here. So many people I've talked to, after watching the Euros, were surprised at the quality of goalkeeping some of those teams brought to the table. Mary Earps was definitely amazing in that final vs. Germany.

1:58 Is nerve racking for all keepers, you’re tryna get the ball without being booted in the face 😂😂 It’s happened to me multiple times, goalie is a job with blood, bruises and is all about putting your body on the line. Honestly some goal keepers are VERY underrated for what they do.
