my ground doesn't have proper grass so I get my knees with wounds and it never gets the time to heal and the black covering on wounds always rip off and I end up in blood what should I wear on my knees as even my stockings gets ripped

We would recommend some sort of knee pad protection if you can get some.... if you're training on harder ground consistently then this as well as hip and elbow protection would advisable where possible...

What’s your opinion on goalkeepers rolling after a dive? Is there any extra benefit to rolling

My biggest problem is constant abrasions on the lower torso. How can I fix it?

Have you tried wearing an under armour garment to stop the abrasion. Also depending on the weather, where you can, in training wear a light rain jacket as it takes away the friction when diving.

Yeh we wouldn't recommend diving on concrete for the obvious reasons of risk of injury..
