The match kicked off dramatically with Nuh unleashing a stunning long-range drive straight into the back of the net - a definite contender for our goal of the season! This gave Silk FC a fantastic early lead. 🌟🥅
Rome kept the pressure high, with Rome sending a long-range effort just over the bar and Maxwell nearly bagging his second of the season from a rebound off Nuh's initial shot. Uriel then doubled our advantage with another brilliant long-range goal, making it 2-0 as we headed into the break. ⚽️💥
The second half saw Loqman extend our lead further, tapping in from close range after a beautifully executed free kick by Nuh. Little Thurrock Dynamos tried to rally, capitalizing on small mistakes to add two goals to their tally, but our boys held strong. 🛡️👏
With fresh legs in the second half, subs Maxwell, Paul, and Rome brought renewed energy against the tiring opposition. Paul's defensive speed and the offensive rush from Maxwell and Rome proved too much for Little Thurrock. Rome's fantastic solo effort to dance around their defense and slot home the fourth goal sealed our victory. 🕺🏻🎯
