One of the best recipe I ever tried how to cook Tongue. Maam, your Tongue Roast looks delicious. But you have not mentioned how many Red Chillies in number you have used.

Total I used 7 Kashmiri red chilli dry. 3 used whole while Cooking the tongue. 4 chilli to make Paste along with other spices. Thank you so much
