Ingredients:
Brown rice - 3 cups
(After soaking it becomes 6 cups)
Coconut - 1 ½ cup
Toddy - 1 ½ cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Method :
1. Soak rice overnight .
2. Grind rice , coconut , toddy and sugar into a fine batter.
3. Keep the batter for fermentation for 4 hours.
4. After 4 hours, add salt and mix well.
5. Fill small bowls and place in a steamer .Steam for 15 - 20 min.
