The Arch of Our Lady of Conception in Old Goa is on the road leading east from the Se Cathedral to the Gandaulim-Marcela road. Just a few steps from the arch is a great restaurant for authentic Goan food. You can even glimpse the Se Cathedral at the start of the small lane going to Mistur Kud, which opened just a year ago in Ella, or Old Goa. You can park along the wall of the Se Cathedral as there isn’t much place to park in this lane. The lane itself leads into a surprisingly green restaurant. The dense foliage around Mistur Kud has made this place a quiet haven amid the bustle of Old Goa in season

The staff are exceptionally nice
We visited Mistur Kud last month, after the feast of Goencho Sahib, when the feri was still on. It has the full range of Goan fish and more from the Goan menu. Mistur Kud also has plenty of Chinese and North Indian for visitors wanting something familiar.
Today I’m having a Goan Mistur prawn thali and Maria is having the Goan veg thali. We are also having our favourite teesrio sukka.
Maria’s veg thali has batata bhaji, veg kurma, dal, papor, rice, batata fodi, curd, sal kari and salad. My Mistur Kud prawn thali has prawn curry, dry prawns kismur, teesri, a chonak fish curry, batata bhaji, a gulab jamun, nal codi, crisp rawa fried prawns, salad, pickle and rice. What a lovely surprise to get an extra chonak curry in Mistur Kud’s thali. The size of the prawns was huge.
On the whole, the food was tasty, and very reasonably priced too

Yummy !! There is only one thing I hate about Goa. And that is there is no Uber or Ola service. Taxis are expensive and if you take your car you cannot enjoy a couple of drinks with the heavenly food.

I like the simplicity of having good food and enjoying it thoroughly. Perhaps the editing could be more crisp and sea food described properly. But overall your work is really authentic. Good work

With no recommendations by lesley in panjim after a request. Poor sagar went joseph bar the old master piece.. had tambada rosa fenny cocktail which is priceless and then with ur previous recommendation anand asharam for delicious bombil thali.. mentioned at the counter ur channel name as how i found it..❤😊 overall great experience.. thanks so much
