Proper GOAT yoga. Also, Indian yogis and gurus don’t have the monopoly on teaching yoga and it is allowed to be practised outside India, just as legitimately. In fact this this woman is more genuine than the average "yogi" who has done a course. and so are the goats... Proper Goat Yoga please. It originated in Oregon in 2006, there are all sort of variation including snake, these are just a way of expanding the business. Even kid goats that have not been specially bred as pets will butt heads, will ram you, pee and everywhere, chew and pull on your hair, and eat the yoga mat. You don't need to pay money to get the same effect a home. The right cat will do. This also misses the whole point of self-regulation, which is the key aspect being resilient against stress. There are many way to raise Oxytocin levels. however this doesn't necessarily change the overall response to stress. You don't always have something external to hand, which is what make this type of yoga more superficial.
