Considering the mess- the labour- the chemicals- the smells- the special separate room needed- etc.. in dealing with making, cleaning, screens etc.. This is the ONLY way I would go if I was busy enough in this industry. Cost per consumable screen Avg $5 + cost of Machine)lease etc).. So Charge $29 per screen to the end customer and be done with it Simple, cleaner and quicker.. seems like a No Brainer? IF you're making and cleaning screens everyday.

The initial investment is too much. Also, the screens are only useable once. Unlike the traditional screens, which you can wash and re expose. That will cost less too. The only benefit is less time consumed, and less mess.
