And have you asked the Lord to forgive you and we know that he has, you should also know that he would have you forgive yourself. God's will is always for us to live in joy, His Joy and the love of his holy spirit. The best way to show God that you're happy that you're forgiven is to do this.

Thank you for sharing this. I too still struggle believing that I’m forgiven for my abortion when I was 16. I lived in poverty, my mother was an addict and we lived in squalor much of the time. I felt I couldn’t care for this child but was still heartbroken and had nightmares after. I had a child at 21 and now I too, look on and cry that I could ever give up one of my children. This experience has caused me to be incredibly compassionate toward others and I Love Jesus so much but still feel broken and stained at times.

The Lord God our savior can forgive any sin. (except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit.) Jesus forgave every kind of sin that there was when he walked the Earth, thieves, tax collectors, murderers, pharisees, romans, I could go on and on. He forgave every Frosty that was including the one perpetrated against his own body. Because he loves you that much ❤️ Read and say you Bible and the more you do so the more you're going to understand that He forgives you and that He wants you to understand that so you can feel his Joy. And a piece that passes all understanding comes to us when we fully submit to Christ and say,"I love you, I believe that you died you were crucified and buried for me and resurrected to heaven and that you forgive all of my sins and because of you I will stand blameless before the Father." When you do this in truth and then you begin to study the word you will begin to feel the change inside of you that leaves you out of tormenting yourself into a new future of Peace with Jesus by your side.

You did not do anything to God, so why do you wonder if he still loves you? If anything is to be believed about God, it is the fact that he could have stopped you from getting an abortion. And I'm sure if God had shown up and had a nice, loving, informative conversation with you, you would have more than likely made a different decision. The Bible says that God talked to many people and there are actually millions of people now that say God talks to them. So its gotta be true, right? No of course not. But if it is true that God has and does talk to people, why did he not talk to you, if he wanted you to not get an abortion? We would all make better decisions if we were given better, more, and truthful information. All we got, that we know of, is our brains and our (knowledge) memories of experiences, desires, and the current state of the world around us as we observe it. Nothing more. Well, nothing more has been demonstrated anyways. There is nothing wrong with feeling bad or regret if that is the way you want to feel. But if you don't want to feel that, that's ok too. If these feelings are causing you unhappiness, it's ok to try and change those feelings. I would advise finding a good secular therapist or counselor that you feel good about and talk about your feelings with so they can possibly help you work through it to find the happiness that you desire if that is something you would like. I know its not much to do and say but I Love You. And i hope you find whatever happiness you can and desire as long as its not hurting anyone else. Take care of yourself, because I am sure there are other people that love you too.

Well I'm sure. Most people who are sinning,know it's wrong. And yet he forgives that. You have got to remember that God does not think like us, that we can't understand how he thinks yet, we can literally read his word and live by what it says. Even if you knew it was wrong whatever the sin was, if you repent and turn away from it and try not to sin anymore He loves you and forgives you. I am glad to hear that you don't or found a way to not regret it. Regret can be very tough to overcome and can cause a lot of pain in a person, so much that many many people have taken their own lives and others because of it. God, if he exists, allows or makes happen, over 20 million miscarrys a year with no fault of the women. So this implies that If these miscarrys are allowed or caused to happen by a God and he could have not caused it or even stopped it from happening, and he does not do either to change it then he is responsible their demise. If God saw it was good in his eyes to forgive him, then there is a possibility. It's hard to tell from human perspective with all the the wrong, Horrible things he did. I doubt it but who am I. And yes,if you do not believe jesus as messiah and repent, you will go down below. Even unbaptised babies and ppl incapable of understanding.. Supposedly, there are different levels of hell. So if you actually were a good person according to Gods view but didn't believe jesus(or are incapable of understanding), you would be in the first level called limbo. So those people wouldn't ever be in pain, however, they'd be stuck there forever. Kind of like a gray area.
