It is easy to put the blame on God or destiny or time for all our mistakes or mishaps . That is a common excuse . We are responsible for whatever happens in our lives . God is equitable to all , always . He is a perfectionist , HE will not make any mistakes . Had God been the maker of everything , everything would have been only good , or everything would be only bad . God takes note of our thoughts and deeds over all our past lives , gives a portion of that ' sanchit karma ' as ' prarabdha ' for a present life ; endows us with a mind , intellect and free will to choose , decide and perform ' kriyaman ' karma . God is a ' prayojak karma ' , HE empowers us to perform actions . We are ' prayojya ' kartas responsible for our actions . Similarly ' destiny ' is also our making ; not God's doing . God has prescribed ' vidhi ' and ' nishedh ' in the Scriptures . Actions following vidhi will lead us to good destiny ; action of ' nishedh ' will make our destiny bad . Thus we are the makers of our destiny ; destiny doesn't make or mar our life . Time is also not responsible for our actions . ' Waiting for time to come ' will make us lazy . The most unfortunate ones don't make proper use of time . If we remember the value of time , we will put in our best efforts for everything , will be the makers of best destiny , enable ourselves to be blessed with divine grace . Such a wonderful explanation by Swamiji! We are solely responsible for our karma and slso the consequences. Blame the circumstances,destiny ,people or even God for the mistakes means we are incapable of taking responsibility for our action. God only gives us the power and free will to work. According to our choice we have to do karma and according to our karma we make our destiny. Good karma good destiny and bad larma bad destiny. Then we face the consequences accordingly in this life and in the next life also. But with good karma in the present we can cut our destiny bad from good. So we should accept our own fault, and change ourselves,so that we don't make the same mistake again.

A true transformational video for people like me who wasted so much of energy on blaming destiny and time. I realized how much time I squandered. My takeaway from the video is * God gives us energy and what we do with that energy is our choice. * Don't bring destiny to the mind and put in so much of effort which is the only thing we have in our control. * Biggest loss is squandering away valuable time because of laziness. Make use of every moment judiciously❤❤

The reason God has given us free will that’s evident that he is not responsible for our own actions and there wouldn’t be any mistakes, it’s an evidence that we are responsible for it, he provides the energy and knowledge to act, what is right/ wrong and leave the freedom to choose for us. Very detailed and clear explanation of destiny and freewill. At times we get dejected when bad things happens to us inspite of our hardwork and being disciplined. And we blame god for that. What happens to us is destiny that was in our hands in our previous births. We cannot change that but we also have many good things. Not getting into any serious troubles is also good destiny. But what we do now gives us the destiny of our next birth. And if we do not want to be born again , we must make sincere efforts towards god

God only provides energy to us based on the prarabdh. He places our karma so that we as souls grow. The karma he places is also based on our own actions. He is everything and he is always there. We just need to surrender.

This sets clear what is God's will, destiny and time. Once we understand this we will stop the blame game. whatever happens without our effort or despite our effort is destiny or prarabdha and what we do using our free will becomes kriyamaan karma or purusharth. There is no use running to astrologers and the like and also this indicates our attachment to things that should happen in a particular way

I am responsible for all my actions, all my failures, all my success, all my good deeds and bad deeds, I am responsible. Destiny was my own creation in the past life. And now, I can do actions by my free will and I will create my own destiny. I can definitely win with whatever resources I have. 80% life is made by my own effort. The time is now. Time is passing by and not coming. I will use every moment of my life. I detected some defective mindsets. I will correct them.
