Have you heard of whitecat? He started playing osu at 12 and got banned because he was so good people thought he was cheating. Right now he is the current best or near best osu player Edit: a bit late but he actually was banned for multi accounting but because the reason wasnt actually disclosed everyone thought it was cheating

Hearing stories like this make me want a speedrunning anime... One part being the real people interacting, strategising and general plot; and the other part being the animators going absolutely nuts visually interpreting the crazy speedrun movements and skips that happens in the game world. Also Magolor pretty much sounds like an anime protagonist already.

Watching this only knowing his involvement in shmup community feels weird. Never had an idea he put that much effort in route discovery, so this video gave me some new appreciation for his skill. He's shown to be an extremely hard worker on a shmup side as well and is one of the best Ketsui players ever and is the best western Ketsui player period.

I just beat Hollow Knight the other day. So, I have a rough understanding how the game works. What I love about your video is that you took the time to explain things (Super Dash, Double Jump, etc.). That way I could follow way better. Entertaining and informative video. I feel the passion.

This is one of the coolest ideas for a KZfaq series I've seen in a while. From ESports pros to obscure speedruners like mog and Sh1ft, I can't wait to see more.

This video is an amazing example of the simple fact that you can't know how good something works, until you know the best thing that fails. Being this close in a completely different direction, I have no doubt, drove people on the other side to push where they are today. What a great recap!

People say stuff like this, but imagine how much time Mag put into speedrunning to even consider doing all this. Have you practiced anything nearly as much? Find a passion, stick with it, improve.

@@mightbeanerd How about finding the limits of your potential _without_ getting your hopes high? The point is how much you enjoy putting in the effort, not how far you will get in the end. If people only ever did things for the sake of reaching the zenith, we'd all be dead.

Simply considering Spell Twister and Dash Master for a utility outside of general movement and boss fights is incredible. That kind of thing is something 99% of people would overlook in any game.
