"To get back to his homestead, he'll meke everybody bleed" sure punches you in the freaking gut after Thunder Bringer. Seeing Ares punch a wall: YES, GOOD! GET ANGRY! Seeing Athena grab Ares: GEEEEEEEEEEEET ANGRYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love how animatics show so much emotion in these three. Aphroditie's empathy, sadness, and anger or Ares' rage or Athena's irritation and rage. I love it every single time, and here is no exception (also, when I first watched this, I thought Ares got his fist stuck in the wall, but then I realized he just chooses not to immediately remove it)

I love how calm and collected Athena is compared to Ares here. While they were both gods of war, she was a god of strategy and planning while he was a god of the fighting itself, and it really shows in this

I love the design and movement and can I just mention how irritated Aphrodite felt mentioning Odyssey Mum like my headcanon is she genuinely feels bad for his mum and Dosen't mention it out of spite, like She's almost feeling bad on Odyssey's Mum's behalf

KZfaq keeps recommending small Epic animators and it’s wonderful and I’m pretty sure I’ve subscribed to all of them I’ve seen, including you. For once KZfaq does something right.
