Well said Bishop Donal; from Derry, the faith will be renewed in Ireland. There is so much Hope from Derry. Cursillo movement has been a blessing. Praying for you and Derry and all the amazing work that is happening there. Calling for adoration is such an imporant call.

Many thanks Your Grace for the big welcome you give to idealistic young people, they do need to acknowledge to themselves that Christ Our Lord is the very heart of their life. Kneeling in public to receive the sacred body and blood of Our Lord is a beautiful way to show God that we adore him with all our heart. This adoration of God, on our knees, in public, is a clear statement to all that God is utterly adorable. I think that this active visible adoration will be very attractive to young people, and encourage them to adore Our Lord Jesus as he deserves. I do hope Your Grace that you will encourage your faithful people to receive Holy Communion with this great reverence so beautifully expressed.

Lancaster diocese in England 33,000 mass attenders 1999. 2022.... 8,800 mass attenders these are from the Diocesan year books I don't doubt that your numbers attending mass are stronger than over here. You've had particular challenges for the last 100 years. Even more so since the late 1960's. These would bolster the community. As these difficulties fade, at least for the present, I suspect you will be in a .... Poland after the Berlin Wall comes down situation..... You'll live off the "fat" of the difficult years. Eventually that will run out. Then you'll have to face the reality of the loss of faith after Vatican II. There was no spring time of Paul VI..... its been winter all the way. Lefebvre is the promised spring.... but you burbling on about..... " New ways of being church"......😅😅😅..... You just don't get it, do you. Keep that up and you'll be a better comedian than Dave Allen..... but much less of a Catholic.....😇😇😇 It's the way I tell 'em.......
