Pork 1.5kg.
Salt 30 gr.
Pepper mixture 1.5 tsp.
Dry onion 1.5 tsp.
Chili flakes 0.5 tsp.
Coriander 0.5 tsp.
Olive oil.
Minced chicken fillet (2 pieces).
Salt and pepper to taste.
Dry garlic 1 tsp.
Rye flour bread 3 slices.
I put it in the oven preheated to 180°C for 90-100 minutes.
Place in the oven at the same temperature for another 30-40 minutes.

Please ask your german friend how she does a so called "Hackbraten"! In this case the lady roll the meat with different fillings - just as you like, mushrooms, onions, bakon, ....- and the name is "Rollbraten"! Both are realy delicious😋🙋‍♂️!
