I am walking through a difficult time, and it is a long arduous path. The future in this life looks uncertain. My daughter sent me this, and the minute I heard Chuck’s voice I began to cry. Every word is a comfort. What a blessed reminder that “God is my portion forever, He is my strength”. My trust is in Christ Jesus our Lord! Thank You Lord Jesus for speaking through Chuck Smith.

I am going through such an awful time from noisy neighbours sometimes till 04.00am mid week/weekends. I am listening to ps73 remembering that yes... God IS Good and He knows all things... 🙏💃

Studying the psalm yesterday really pulled me out of my bad attitude and pity party 🧘🏽‍♀️🙏🏾thank You God for conviction. RIP pastor

The image of the wicked living the "good life" can deceive until I come into the sanctuary of God, then I perceived their end (v17). God is so compassionate, loving and forgiving. Even when I am jealous of sinners momentary pleasure He faithfully holds my hand and leads me back to the eternal realities of walking with Him through the difficulties of life. So thankful for His grace and desire to forgive and restore me. Love Pastor Chuck Smith and what God has done through him and Calvary Chapel.

In the after life we'll see God's true goodness, but in this life it's like being in a war... Good vs Evil. And as in all wars, good ppl suffer and die for no good reason and God allows this to happen for some reason which is beyond my limited understanding.
