Biblically speaking, October is actually the month of The Judge. It's also connected to Divine Judgement. And from what I've noticed, something serious always goes down within the month, whether it's something that's worldwide or within your own world/community. My mind has been under attack for a long time to the point I where I couldn't determine what was real. I've had to release a lot of pent up things like repressed anger, shame, guilt, but I've learned to forgive myself and forgive those who have done me wrong. Not going to lie, there were times I DID want to give up and curse God out because I kept asking what did I do to deserve this?
