It's so hard to let go. Even when it's the only choice. When you feel love for someone and they betray you, it's one of the worst experiences you can go thru. It hurts so bad, so so bad and no one can make the pain go away except yourself. I'm still dealing with the pain of my ex leaving me, as well as lying to me and seeing another man behind my back. I've never hurt like this before. I've dealt with the death of loved ones and close friends however this is a different kind of emotional pain. I pray for myself and anyone else who may be in a similar situation, that we learn how to let go of the pain and focus on moving forward with life. Life isn't over just bcuz someone has done us wrong. Please God help us get thru the hard times and move on from them. It's so hard but I believe it is possible to get over it and there may be something better waiting for us on the other side of this. I suppose forgiveness is the only option bcuz holding on to the pain is not the answer. I understand this and yet I am still struggling. Why must it take so much time and strength to let go? I just want to forget the past year of my life and wake up tomorrow as if it never happened. Be careful who you trust bcuz the people you love the most can hurt you the most. God is the only one you can really trust that everything that happens in life is for a reason even if we don't understand why things happen. Please and thank you God, and be with those of us who are struggling🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I just want to forget her and enjoy my life and the blessings I've been given. I have a lot to be grateful for and I don't want to let some girl ruin my mental and emotional health and the happiness I deserve. @@christianburrzGR3Y give yourself some quality time. It won't heal you immediately but it does gets much easier. I'm on day 17 of my break up with my girlfriend of 4 years. I still feel so lost and devastated but i have been through this even before so I know time heals. Though the pain is too much to handle at the moment. Knowing that it'll pass one day is what keeps me going. I hope you also feel better soon. 👍

Such a higher way of looking at all the pain and heartbreak. I am with you on this one. I too have endured so much and for a very long time but I have come to a place of gratitude snd acceptance for the lessons I have learnt. I pray that your prayers have been answered. I was like this. I had to pray to GOD to help discipline me with spending. I prayed: “If I don’t need it, I won’t buy it”. I put to the side $1000 and started paying off bills, small ones first. Took me a year to discipline myself enough to stay on track. Start with a goal of how much you’re gonna pay off a month. Pay yourself first before the creditors, that’s how I set aside the $1000. Pray every night for GOD to bring you through the depression, anxiety, and sleepless night. You will come out of this. Im so alone, the only one by my side is God, i have no church, i have no family left. Theyve disregarded me after my parents divorced when i was a kid. Nobody calls or texts anymore. Ive never been in a relationship because of my parents divorce. I havent talked to my mothers entire side of the family since i was 8 and she replaced me with another child and broke another marriage. I dont even know my half brother. Im beginning to think that outside of God, i am unworthy of love from another, especially women. Im 6'2 and 25, ex Air Force, and i make a decent income, but i havent even held hands with another woman. They just flee from me because i want something meaningful and not a fling. I think God wants solitude for me to prevent further heartbreak at this point. I dont deserve to be a father. Nor do I deserve happiness in this world. I just want it to end now so I can wake up in the presence of our savior.

I have 5 sisters 4 who drink alcohol,3 drink everyday,2 get very drunk everyday. One sister is on drugs and one of the sisters who drinks alcohol gets so drunk she calls the each of us other sisters and starts ugly fights and arguing then either doesn't apologize or says she remember anything. But it isn't just an argument or a little fight...she is belligerent ,mean,cursing and just horrible. I pray for her constantly but it's gotten so bad that I've had to lessen my time and conversations with her. It's become very toxic and ruining our once very close relationship. Although I know we are dealing with a spiritual warfare but I had to draw a line when it started causing me panic attacks and severe anxiety. My heart breaks for all of my siblings alcoholism and being that our dad was ,also he passed from cirrosis of the liver. Pray for the Williams sisters plz.

Amen and thank you for this msg that I came across today. This totally resonate with me. I am in a miserable toxic marriage. He does not believe in God or the Bible at all. I can't live this way anymore, but I do not have any income of my own, and I have been thinking of leaving him "divorce" I just don't know how to do this. Could I ask for prayers please. I can't be with this man any longer.
