Why a moving person get more drenched when hw moves or run in vertical rain also holding umbrella vertically .explain this w. r. t ground frame (without using relative velocity)

Sir pls I have a doubt Mai abhi NLM padh raha tha or usme dAlembert principle tha ki Sum of Tension • displacement =0 Isko differentiate karke Sum of Tension • velocity =0 Isko fir differentiate karke Sum of Tension • acceleration =0 Lekin sir maine suna tha ki jo acceleration wali eqn aai hai vo hamesha valid nhi hai Sir pls aap bata skte hain kya yeh always valid kyon nhi hai pls? Sir Ek question hai (A)Sir agar Resistors series mein lage ho, aur har Ek resistor ki value 10² se increase ho rahi hai infinite time Total resistance Kya hoga (B)Same, agar resistors Parallel mein ho resistance 10³ se increase ho rahi hai infinite time T Total resistance and jab circuit A ko circuit B se parallel connect karte hai toh total resistance Kya hoga ????? Please reply sir as well soon as possible!!
