The others were corrupted by Kratos opening Pandoras box to get the power to defeat Ares, at that point, incarnate emotions like fear and stuff were corrupting the gods, cuz they escaped when kratos got his power (ie hope) They tricked him cuz they were corrupted by his own actions, they actually liked Kratos truly, and moments befoer Zeus's death, he stopped resisting and showed true regret, because he was finally freed of the corruption, then kratos not noticing, killed him.

I think Athena is the true Evil because it was She and Hephaestus who hidden the Evils born from the Great War, and Zeus didn't knew about it, only Athena and Hephaestus knew.

Apollo came after Helios because Helios is the sun god in this game and this is very short time after the Titans lost the war

I recently played Ascension which is regarded as the worst GoW game and even that game has beautiful visuals, detailed backgrounds, epic music, and massive bosses (Alecto's Charybdis form ranks in my top 10 GoW boss fights). GoW is one of those rare series that has never made a bad game. Even Final Fantasy, Metal Gear, and Street Fighter have had a couple stinkers.

@@ahmetyasar4908 God of War ps4 has extremely bad bosses, the only half decent boss is the final one, like the rest are laughably bad. You can beat the ogre bosses (which are 90% of the bosses) with simple hit hit roll around technique, rinse repeat, without even seeing what's going on. The dragon boss is 100% just spectacle.

@@ahmetyasar4908 Those aren't mini bosses, they are just uninspired bosses. They make up the main boss of areas, not the mini boss, a mini boss is a midway boss before the true boss of a level. That's how what they are. The only half decent boss is baldur.

Isn't that the case with most if not all successful game series? You test the waters with the first one, and plan according to the response you receive. If it did bad then of course it wouldn't have any sequels.

@@S7232S back in the day when this game came out, it was much more common to see 1 off titles for things that weren’t in the genre of Nintendo or crash bandicoot type stuff.

Ares says “can you see what your son can do Zeus?” And Zeus calls him son multiple times in 2, yet multiple people then go onto reveal the “twist” to kratos (athena in 2, callista his mom in ghost). What gives?

It's the remastered PS3 edition. The original PS2 game pretty much looked like this but with 480p resolution. It's pretty amazing what they achieved with PS2 hardware.
