Noah was mocked. Just like now when I speak of the signs of the times with my own parents who were missionaries I am scoffed at. God saved Noah and his family from the wrath which was the flood. For example, we in the U.S. can say "Turkey Day" and most of us would recognize that as an idiom (another name for something other than the proper name) an idiom for Thanksgiving holiday. The Jews have their idioms too. "of that day and hour no man knoweth" is a Jewish idiom and like Turkey Day is an idiom for a holiday and that holiday is Rosh Hashanah. If Jesus told me he'd return on Turkey Day I'd expect him on Thanksgiving. Since Jesus said "...no man knoweth...." God has shown many people lately that we are not the rapture generation. Rapture is still 100 years plus away, even though no one was shown the exact time. Like the SBC pastors plagiarizing off dead powerless sermons . Every time I have dug in prayer the answer is in there like Jezebel why so wicked? @@vickilovesboxers hey thanks. just goes to show the Holy Bible still has mounds of stuff i overlooked. and what is there has so much depth and layers to it. I love it, it's a good poem and it spoke to me a little. I never sought God until my mom died in 2010 on her 45th birthday, i never had a reason to. Boy did my life change after she died and I sought God, he did not hesitate to enter my life for a second, i have visions and hear voices the whole 9 yards, but looking back on it i realize God was in my life since I was little, planting seeds for me to look back on and it's like we had a longer relationship than we really did, like i have memories that are weird from when i was little, like past-life memories and post life memories, like stuff that seems "insignificant" yet my memory of it is still there which it shouldn't be if it were insignificant i should have forgotten it. God speaks to me through some of those memories, and some memories i truly forgot, activating them and filling me with a sense of nostalgia that lends itself towards feelings of comfort.

@lary Snw when I read these verses they say. The flood came and took them all away. It rained down fire and brimstone and destroyed them all. It sounds like the ones taken were the unbelievers. They were taken because they were removed from the earth. In both cases Noah and Lot were left on the earth.

I asked the Lord, i know you are coming soon, how soon ,and immediately i heard very very very soon, and so i just reflected on that,...how long that will be i don't know but i am looking forward to it....

@@marleneholloway7775 A scripture seemingly forgotten is the fact the LORD is seated at the right hand of God UNTIL His enemies are made His footstool. Those enemies have to be subdued by the Church which has the keys to the kingdom and the power to bind and loose. We are waiting for Him to return and do, what He has told us to do. The enemy is very good at diverting our gaze, he can keep this up for centuries if the church keeps doing what it is doing.

Now this year I have recently heard in May But he’s coming soon and we’re in the final countdown. That stayed with me for days upon waking up a few weeks after that I heard the course final countdown..Then the Lord shared with me make every second count. @Rod Wallace What is an "ERV"??? There is only one bible. The real reason most use multiple "versions" is to cherry pick the scriptures that have different words (because different words mean different things) to fit their own beliefs...not to find out what God is ordering/ordaining/saying. Amen! Think of the harvest to be gathered in during the great tribulation. Jesus sets before the church of Philadelphia an open door for a purpose. His prayer in John 17:15 specifically says He does NOT pray that they will be taken out of the world but that they will be “kept from” the Evil one. Hallelujah! We will learn what it means to truly rejoice in tribulation as multitudes flow into the kingdom before the wrath of God is poured out. (Rev 7)
