Notes I've taken about anxiety from different sermons. Hope this helps. Fix my focus Plant seeds of faith not seeds of fear Live in what God has given you and trust in his provisions Drop the baggage you carry and give it to God Let God take action and remain hopeful Do you want to be guided by the holy spirit or the spirit of fear God is good and God is in control The more you pray specifically, the more God can ease your anxiety. (What exactly am I anxious about...take that plus what the Bible says - and pray about it Anxiety is about the future. Gratitude is about the past...think about things you are grateful for and not about your future which God is in control of. Think about what you think about. Think about things that are true, Nobel, pure, lovely, admirable We take captive every thought and make it obedient to christ Surround yourself with God's people every week. Our temporary troubles will not last...this too shall pass God is not waiting on the other side of hard times but in the middle of it with you, guiding you, standing next to you. Trust in him Focus on what never changes, God cares, God sees, God has the power to answer prayers, God is good, God's plan is better than mine, God's love, grace, goodness. Worrying just means you don't believe God will take care of you. Trust in him Fear not - your past has been forgiven and forgotten Worry kills faith... Prayer is something you do instead of worrying I don't know what I'm going to do or what will happen but God does and he has a plan for me

Such great messages. My wife and I prayed for a child for 7 years. Specialists told us we couldn’t conceive naturally. In our faith journey we came to the point that we thought we wouldn’t have children and that God wanted us to praise his name anyway, because he deserves our praise no matter what. So we accepted that and thought that was His plan for us. One month later we found out we were pregnant, naturally (miraculously really - God’s provision). Our son was born on the 7th of the 7th 2021, which was exactly 7 years and 7 months to the day from our wedding. We got to share our story and give God the praise for His miracle far and wide. By His grace we are now pregnant with our second, again naturally (miraculously). God is so so good. His plan is always greater than our plans.

I read your testimony whilst holding my 7month old boy, whom after my 1st child i tried, For 7years with just as many losses until i almost very much gave up, i then conceived and carried to full term this healthy little boy whom i named 'Isaiah-Blue' Isaiah for the passages "i will not cause pain without allowing something new to be born" & Blue for "Trust in gods timing" as he for us came out of the 'blue'. Never give up hope. Thankyou God for both my children and mind my angels i have up there for me❤

It may be a year later but my mother was told by many doctors she would never have kids. Then she gave it to God. I’m now 17 years old and have 2 amazing siblings and my parents are closer than ever. Our mountain is smaller than our God, and Jesus gave us the faith and authority to throw mountains into the depths of the sea. JESUS SAVES!! He saved me from depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and behaviors. I almost died in 2012 and in 2019 until I finally called on Him to save me and HE DID! Not only did He save me, but He healed me, too. Go to him and ask for forgiveness. Ask Him to be in your heart and He will come to you. Ask Him to pour His Holy Spirit onto you and guide you through this life and walk with Him. Jesus Christ died on cross just so that our sins can be forgiven. No sin is too great. Just believe in your heart that Jesus Christ died for us and resurrected from the dead. Confess with your mouth JESUS IS LORD. Call upon Him. The great I AM is coming soon! The creator of all things is soon to come! Time is running out! With love, I ask you to have faith. We all, believers and nonbelievers, will have to face His judgment someday. I came from poverty I'm living in poverty but I have a bed to sleep in food to eat , I was abused I was temperamental I was a addict I was a criminal I never had a dad my exes keep the kids God blessed me with away from me my mom just passed away but I am in such a peaceful place God got me we're he wants me and when I'm ready I'm gonna spread His message lyrically I'm getting baptized June 12th I'm thankful for all who love God and now finally I see my life's purpose at the age of 40 its to put God first .......

I'm ngl, earlier tonight, I had a mental breakdown about a major anxiety of mine and it sorta decreased my faith and hope a bit, especially my hope. I prayed for God to show me a sign that he's still present in my life and for the rest of the night I felt emotionally drained and worn out. Afterwards I then asked God for forgiveness and thanked him for helping me even when I don't feel like I deserve it. This video was kinda what I really needed to hear, so thank you 🙏
