First off, you must forgive yourself and receive the unconditional love of God. Second, pray about fasting and prayer even in the midst of your condition. I am going thru this as well; this is how I know about your pain. It is not fun to remain under condemnation, it is not scriptural. Give your bad habits to God and speak that you are delivered by faith, even if you do not see a change right away. Take the first steps and God will meet you where you are. He knows anyways, so you might as well let Him in. Praying for your deliverance.

I need that heart transplant ASAP. I humble myself to admit that I am not perfect, and I should not expect to be. I got angry at people, I lashed out. It's ok because I'm not perfect. All my guilt is swept away in a mist. I have such deep trust issues
