I believe that, but why is it so hard to hear the spirit of God

Why can’t God just speak audibly to me

I feel like I’m going insane because I just can’t hear Him anymore. I’ve been researching 7+ months to figure out why I am so depressed and God won’t tell me anything. „Search my heart“ I pray, yet not a peep from God. I’m not smart enough to know how to look for his voice.

I can never be mad at God because it’s never His fault, He can’t sin. Who am I to question my creator… I’m the problem. Even if he won’t tell me. I just need answers and I don’t know how to get Him to speak. Audibly is the only way I can hear him because my mind is a maze.

The consensus is that God does not speak in audible voice. I have heard Him on multiple occasions. They have been far and few in between. Still, I am not anyone special, I am not a pastor etc… BUT I have heard Him.
