The way Christ works never ceases to amaze me! 🙂 I have an interview tomorrow that I feel nervous / unprepared for. I was talking to my Mom earlier today about meditating on the stories of Moses and Gideon. Moses and Gideon focused on their weaknesses when God called them to do something when they needed to focus on God's power / strength and ability to work through them. I clicked on this video today, and Alwyn mentioned Moses and Gideon, too! There is definitely a lesson here about trusting in God's strength and focusing on His ability, rather than focusing on our weaknesses.

What an on time Word. I deal with Ménière’s Disease which causes deafness, constant ringing in the ears and bouts of vertigo where I have thrown up. I also was told I have arthritis in my lower back which then causes pain. I have filed for disability but struggle with that even. I know Jesus can heal me, as He has healed me plenty of times before. The doctors told my mom, when I was little, that I would always have to wear braces on my legs but here I am brace free and walking around. I had seizures at the age of 9 and was diagnosed with epilepsy so my parents had me prayed for and Jesus healed me of that.(no more seizures) I was diagnosed with depression and being bipolar, but I encountered Jesus one day at church in the most profound way and I was completely healed and delivered. Just like the woman with the issue of blood, I touched the hem of His garment and was made whole. I felt such peace I knew I was healed. I pray for God to get the glory out of my life and this situation. He did it before, He can do it again.

@freshliving4199 Good question and happy to share a small part of my testimony. God graciously saved me and redeemed me from my past of death and destruction. At 15 years old (2009), I was living in a pit of deep and dark depression after my father passed away unexpectedly. For most of my high-school years thereafter - the spirit of rebellion, addiction, promiscuity and death took over my life and consumed me. I felt worthless and empty on the inside, unbearable to the point that I attempted to commit suicide with an extreme opioid overdose which landed me up in ICU for a few days (2011). It was enough to take me out, but God clearly had other plans to keep me here and gave me a second chance of life. It's truly a miracle that I'm still here today ❤️ Fast forward to 2018 - the year I decided to give my life to the Lord and was baptized & given a brand new lease (and breath) of life. Throughout those years, the enemy tried to keep his grip on me by reminding me of my past doings & mistakes, trying to define me with his lies but as we know... God has authority and word over all things. His Truth about us (our identity) overules every lie. It's taken me a long 14 years to truly ACCEPT and KNOW in my heart, that I am not defined by what I've done or where I've been in the past. I am defined by The One who created me, saved me and redeemed me. I am defined by The One who gave me new life and always saw the best in me when I only saw the worst of me. I am defined by The One who wiped away my past and has given me a new hope for a wonderful & mighty future with Him ❤️
