I remember being scared of interrupting his routine that was the way he relieved his stress. Sometimes it was palpable and not much helped. Stess chemicals are on the line of rubbing alcohol being shot through your veins and it literally chemiclly burns the lining of all veins even your brain. Besides it can push a person over the edge. if a peson is focusing on some train of thought and it's emotnally engaging, it caauses a change in the the wave rate that changes the vibe/frequency, their kinetics do alot of talking and for me it's like trying to not hear the tornado sirens.
