Pauls verse is a common english expression (e.g I don't know anything except that he left the house.). This is a common expression to emphasize that they have limited knowledge about the situation. It's understood that they are aware of something specific (that he left the house), but they are exaggerating by saying they don't know anything else. In the second example, when Jesus says "No one knows the Hour," that's making a statement about a specific event (The coming of the Hour). This is not a general statement about having no knowledge at all. Comparing these two expressions to argue that the Jesus must know when the Hour will be because Paul claimed to not know something in the first example is a flawed interpretation. It ignores the different contexts and intents of the two statements. This interpretation is fallacious because it involves shifting the meanings of the phrases in a way that doesn't maintain logical consistency. Christians are seriously lost.
