If you look at the flash manual you'll see that it's only working on α7RII α7R α58 α99 α77 II and RX10. I had the same problem.

Hi Jeffrey, I have question. Is Godox TT350S fully supported by Sony A7 III. When i connect Godox TT350S to Sony A7III, i cannot show External FLash settings in Menu(flash is not connected or not supported). But flash works in ttl mode...Silent shooting is set to Off ofcourse. I Have latest firmwares on Sony (3.1) and on Godox (1.8). Thank You!

Hi Jeffrey Lopez, I just purchased one to use with my Sony a7iii but there is a half second shutter lag after pressing the shutter button with the flash on in M mode. Do you have the same problem?

Andrew Tee that’s strange I do not have that issue I shoot in manual as well. What camera are you using?

Jeffrey Lopez I am using Sony a7iii. Just solved that by changing the setting to “rear flash” from “fill flash”. “Slow flash” will have the shutter lag issue too..

I am still trying it. I bought it mainly because of it’s size, small enough for travelling. The power should be more than enough.

Definitely love the size of it, it won’t be as powerful as the bigger units but still pretty solid. Enjoy!

I got this from Amazon. It was shipped in a flimsy thin bag. The box was crushed and the flash was inoperable. Shame on amazon.

Technically yes but some users report issues of images coming underexposed and others have no issues. Not sure what’s going on with that.

what batteries are you using there? Have you tried with the black eneloop batteries?

I'm using Duracell rechargeable batteries. I've heard good stuff about the black eneloop batteries. I'll be honest I don't use my flash on a daily basis so I opted out for the better deal when I was shopping around for batteries and what benefited me.
