I bought that flash and it works in a Sony Alfa 7 II, also the trigger received the signal without being mounted in the camera !

Maybe if its a same brand. But you can trigger any brand using your camera built in flash and slave mode on your flashes

I don't know if your question was answered, but yes. I got the tt520 ii as well and the trigger worked for my two godox sk400 ii. It can trigger up to 4 lights.
