I love your vids, Jimbo! I am really able to scope out possible relocation spots from your point of view and cross referencing real estate apps like Argenprop. I have a couple years of stuff to wrap up here in the states (pilot license, real estate development, streamlining my business) and then it's time to find somewhere nicer, calmer, more affordable, and with nicer nature than Louisiana swamps. Your work is definitely helping my reconnaissance.

I've thought about going to some markets, but to be honest, markets and restaurants aren't what are interesting to me, and I'd rather keep the videos real to who I am 😁

The city looks pretty cozy and calm. Is it really safe there or that's a wrong first impression?

It is quite cozy and peaceful in Godoy Cruz, and the larger Mendoza city area mostly felt quite calm and safe. I don't go out much after dark, but when I did, I saw plenty of people out walking alone and didn't get any feelings that things could be dangerous. But, that's just my opinion from my experiences.

Santos Dumont was the native Frenchman that emigrated to Brazil, and claimed to be the one that did the first powered flight, which history credits the Wright brothers as doing.

Many caveats to this claim though. Between 1903 and when Dumont first flew in 1906, the Wright brothers had flown many times, just not in a way that people from, mostly one country, accept as airplane flight. One of those 'flights' was 39km.
