how will the graveyard in park grove affect the pricing? I am sure no-one was aware about it at the time of launch

Many of these builders hide these information..I saw this in Shriram WYTFIELD where graveyard was hidden ..buyers needed to be cautious

it should not affect anything i feel. When someone tries to resell later , i don't think anyone would care about it. If its just outside the property or something , it might affect prices. Is it inside the construction area or outside ?

@@akhilagrawal5814 its right in the middle of the project....you walk into the balcony of your 2 Cr apartment and you can find graves right in front of you. It will definitely impact resale price, no-one would want to have a grave looking view from their house
