I like Godwyn, for him befriending Fortissax after their battle. While many things in the Lands Between were solved with war and conflict, he solved one with kindness instead of violence.

What i truly appreciate about Godwyn is he was the only one that truly loved Malenia and Miquella. The statue them in his embrace was truly tearing. After hos death they were left alone and Miquella trying to oppose the outer god's influence to heal his sister 😢

Considering that godwyn was up there with being among the strongest of the demigods. I'm surprised that the black knives were able to kill him. It looks like they jumped him at knight and he might have killed a few of them. Godwyn had no armor or weapons on him from the looks of it but probably could still use incantations.
