@@Aaptronym Many iterations from like the original of course took itself seriously but after, they stated making Godzilla movies for kids. Nowadays, it's kinda like that but in reverse, with the first couple of movies being primarily for kids (although, more mature kids) with Godzilla Minus One being like the original. I will say though, being old doesn't excuse silliness and that does go for the movies too. I like watching the Legendary movies for the action, but Minus One is just built different (If you read all of that, congratulations, you wasted your life).
